Sec. Jesli Lapus Sets new Guidelines to select honor pupils and students in public schools

Fresh from the policy mill, the Department of Education issued DepED Order No. 92, s.2009, otherwise known as the Revised Guidelines on the Selection of Honor Pupils and students in Public elementary and secondary schools. It repeals DepED Order No. 6, s. 2005 and DepED Order No. 10, s. 2006 on the same subject matter.
